About the Author
L D Swint has been a middle school language arts teacher for over 25 years and raised four children of her own. She writes poetry and performs stand-up comedy in her spare time. Ms. Swint resides in New Jersey with her family. Tucker Took The Train is Ms. Swint's first published children's book.

William T. Smith (Dr. Draw) has 37 years of experience in creating cartoons. He presently cartoons for the Lompoc Record and TAP TV in California. He has cartooned for newspapers, magazines, and books throughout Alaska, California, and Canada as well as produced two local animated shows and holiday specials.
